Sconset Landing

The Sconset Landing project involves a 60 acre property located in Hanover, MA. The project consists of 130 residential units with a mix of low-rise and townhouse condominiums ranging in size from 950 sqft - 2250 sqft. Artisan Building Group was the selected contractor for the large residential development and is constructing the 74 flats located in 7 low-rise condominium buildings; 56 townhouse and row house condominiums; and a community clubhouse boasting a function room and fitness center.
